Refund policy
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU) Under EU law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, you must notify us in writing at support@mirado.company before this period expires. Failure to notify within 14 days voids all return rights.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS Returns are ONLY accepted if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags are attached
- Item is in original, undamaged packaging
- Return is authorized by us in writing before shipment
Any item that shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage will be returned to the customer at their expense. No exceptions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items purchased during promotional events unless explicitly stated otherwise
4. RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return:
- Email [EMAIL] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for written authorization — do NOT ship without it
- Ship the item with tracking to the address provided
- All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.
5. REFUNDS Upon receiving and inspecting your return (up to 7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the item arrived free shipping, a shipping fee of €5.99 will be deducted from your refund
If rejected (item shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags), the item will be returned to you at your cost.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS Defect or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the defect/incorrect item
- Photo of the packaging
- Your order number
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
7. COLOR AND SIZING DISCLAIMER Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting. This does not constitute a defect and does not qualify for a return.
Sizing discrepancies within 2 cm of stated measurements are not considered defective.
8. CANCELLATIONS Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order has been processed and cannot be cancelled.
