Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. DELIVERY TIMES We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of world: 15-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

3. TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update.

4. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. MIRADO has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@mirado.company. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MIRADO is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
